Informing us about returning of the products

A purchaser has a right to return the product without giving any reason within 10 days after receiving the shipment. The returned product will be solely accepted if it is returned in an original, undamaged package, with a complete content and the very product and accessories are undamaged and not used. In case of withdrawal from a contract, a returned product is sent back at the expense of the buyer. The details concerning the return of the products have to be agreed upon by both sides via e-mail. The returning of the shipment without the earlier agreement between both sides will not be accepted. We do not return the costs of the shipment. We ask for careful and reasonable shopping.
